The purpose of the article is to present the results of a study of external information pressure on the policy of sovereignization of the Russian general education system.
The national education system sovereignization is defined as a formation of a unified educational space based on usage of Russia-centered model in the content of the education process.
The data collection, analysis, and verification algorithm includes cognitive mapping of 600 digital documents of the thematic focus under study. The collection of markers and automated social media analysis of the tag cloud was carried out between March 1, 2022 and April 1, 2025. It is revealed that the analyzed information flow of external destructive informational and psychological impact is of a controlled nature. The purpose of such an impact is to form a negative perception of government policy. The study presents the results of a socio-media analysis and draws up a semantic core of the information flow of an external destructive informational and psychological impact on the sovereignty of the Russian general education system.
The authors also structured the risks associated with the use of digital technologies in social development. It is noted that there is a need to monitor the creators of algorithms that adjust content to the actual needs and preferences of the audience. It is pointed out that digital platforms have become the main tool for the controlled and deliberate destabilization of political power.
As a result of the research, the analysis of the social graph of the digital infrastructure of external information pressure demonstrates the branching of the formed structure, based mainly on foreign media agents and foreign media in Russian, which are the main authors of defamatory content. It is important to take into account the results obtained in order to effectively counteract the external informational and psychological impact on the national education system.
