Аннотация. Цель статьи – рассмотреть направления культурного обмена и взаимодействий, продуцирующих построение целостной и продуктивной «дружественной модели» российско-китайских отношений. Отмечается, основные контакты в виде проектов реализуются в сферах торговли и инвестиций. Кроме того, большое внимание уделяется инициативам и планам по развитию инфраструктуры (торговой, промышленно-производственной, транспортно-логистической). В рамках проекта «Один пояс – один путь» уже реализуется и еще планируется осуществить множество компетенций гуманитарного уровня. Построение архитектуры международных институтов культурного обмена должно стать основой/базой научно-образовательного и общественно-культурного развития обеих стран на взаимовыгодных основах. В результате в работе приведены, изучены и обоснованы ключевые предпосылки, условия развития и перспективы сотрудничества между Россией и Китаем в области науки, образования, спорта, культуры и искусства на базе стратегической концепции международного сотрудничества и экономического развития «Один пояс – один путь». Статья подготовлена в рамках международного гранта «Теория и политика китайско-российского экономического и культурного обмена в контексте инициативы «Один пояс – один путь».

Abstract. The purpose of the article is to consider the directions of cultural exchange and interactions producing the construction of a holistic and productive «friendly model» of Russian-Chinese relations.

It is stressed that the main contacts in the form of projects are implemented in the areas of trade and investment. Much attention is given to initiatives and plans for the development of infrastructure (trade, industrial, production, transport and logistics). Some concrete achievements in the field of scientific and educational activities, military-political cooperation and socio-cultural exchange are revealed. The authors draw attention to the fact that within the framework of the «One Belt One Road» initiative many humanitarian level competencies are implemented.

As a result, the authors draw conclusions that building the architecture of international cultural exchange institutions should become the base of scientific, educational and sociocultural development of both countries on mutual benefit. Key prerequisites, conditions for the development and prospects of cooperation between Russia and China in the field of science, education, sports, culture and art based on the strategic concept of international cooperation and economic development «One Belt One Road» are given.
