Modernization of the management mechanism of a municipaly with regional features

The purpose of the article is to consider the application of the author's model of modernization of the management mechanism of a mu- nicipality, taking into account regional characteristics. Establishing relation- ships between the management mechanism of a municipality and a region requires the use of an integrated approach that contributes to the moderni- zation of this process in accordance with the principles and factors of digital development of the environment. The conceptual approach is a tool that allows, on the one hand, to modernize the management mechanism of a municipality according to a given algorithm, and on the other hand, it con- tributes to assessing the current state of functioning of the studied territo- ries. Research methodology: the author uses the method of theoretical foundations in identifying the features of the conceptual approach in the issue of modernizing the management mechanism of a municipality.
A modeling method in the process of applying a conceptual approach to the modernization of the management mechanism of a municipality, taking into account regional characteristics, as well as methods for data differenti- ation and quantitative assessment.
As a result, the author's model of the conceptual approach to the mod- ernization of the management mechanism of a municipality, taking into ac- count regional development, was formed. Indicators for assessing the management mechanism are proposed to simulate the model of the man- agement mechanism of a municipality, taking into account the regional characteristics of the development of these territories.
