Investment attractiveness of rural areas

The investment attractive- ness of rural areas is quite an important indicator. Investment attractiveness al- lows you to evaluate and establish key rules for attracting investment. Despite the relevance, the assessment of the in- vestment attractiveness of rural areas is carried out formally. The selected factor reduces the likelihood of attracting in- vestments in fixed capital in rural areas. The purpose is to consider the founda- tions of the investment attractiveness of rural areas. The results of the scientific research are declared in the following as- pects: approaches to investment attractive- ness are considered, criteria for selecting the investment attractiveness of rural areas are determined, regulatory and legal as- pects of ensuring the investment attractive- ness of territories are highlighted, pro- posals are made to increase the investment attractiveness of rural areas through criteria blocks. The basis of scientific research is such methods as the method of theoretical data, grouping, evaluation of existing ap- proaches, correlation selection, compari- son, collection and processing of legislative information, visualization of risks, alloca- tion of an indicative base.
