Planning of social processes at enterprises within the strategic programs of the rocket and space industry

The purpose of the article is to study the results of the author's sociological research, to identify the actual problems of the implementation of planned activities within the social processes at the enterprises of the RSI (rocket and space industry), to characterize the main approaches to strategic social planning.
The results obtained during employee surveys at the enterprises of the RSI (n=512) formed the methodological basis of the article. The article presents an analysis of scientific approaches to strategic planning, which justifies the need to find accurate criteria and indicators for assessing social processes at the enterprises of the rocket and space industry. The necessity of finding accurate criteria and indicators for assessing social processes at the enterprises of the rocket and space industry is substantiated.
As a result, the author draws the conclusion that synergy of strategic technical tasks of federal significance and social planning at enterprises for improving social policy in this industry is important for the RSI. Taking into account the difficult economic situation in the country against the backdrop of a long - lasting pandemic, it is extremely important to preserve and increase human and intellectual potential in of such a high-tech and science-intensive industry as the rocket and space industry.
