Russian "White List"

The scientific journal "Central Russian Journal of Social Sciences" has been included in the Unified State Register of Scientific Publications — the "White List" of scientific journals of the Russian Federation.

The approved Russian part of the "White List" has been published on the website of the Russian Center for Scientific Information.

As of September 9, 2025, the Russian part of the register includes about 3,120 journals, ranked from levels 1 to 4.

The journal "Bulletin of State and Municipal Administration" (https://journalrank.rcsi.science/ru/record-sources/indicators/31701/) has been assigned Level 4.

The classification of the journal into the corresponding category was based on expert evaluation conducted in the specialized and regional branches of the Russian Academy of Sciences:

  • Level 1 — 634 journals

  • Level 2 — 705 journals

  • Level 3 — 916 journals

  • Level 4 — 865 journals
