Dear authors!

In this section, you can submit a manuscript for publication in the journal.

First of all, we ask you to familiarize yourself with

1. Rules of registration of the manuscripts in a Journal
2. Procedure for reviewing manuscripts in a Journal
3. The journal’s policy regarding the transfer of reviews to the RSCI
4. Editorial ethics

You will need to attach the following files:

1. electronic version of the manuscript (saved in Word 97-2003 or RTF document format)
2. abstract (in Russian and English) — 100-150 words
3. UDC, tables, figures and captions to them
4. Russian and English languages: application, including the title of the article, abstract, keywords, information about the authors: their positions, academic degrees, the author’s phone numbers for communication, e-mail and addresses of the university or place of work, (in Russian and English), place of work – in Russian and English
5. the contract for publication and the right to place in electronic databases

To submit an article, you need to log in on the site. If you are not registered on the site, then you need to register.
